Tactical Playbook

The Protocol of Administrative Evisceration

Neutralizing Systemic Harm through Precision

1. Situation Detection

Apply this playbook when an institution (company, government, HR, legal system) attempts to use its own rules, silence, or complexity as a weapon to coerce you or shield a harmful actor.

2. The Procedure

  • Step 1: Clinical Documentation. Move all communication to writing. If a conversation happens in person or on the phone, send a "Memorandum of Understanding" email immediately after: "To confirm my understanding of our conversation today..."
  • Step 2: Rule Interrogation. Identify the specific rules, policies, or laws the system is claiming to follow. Demand the exact text. Use their own "Source Code" against them.
  • Step 3: Administrative Mirroring. Match their formality and exceed their precision. Use numbered lists, dates, and citations. Make it easier for the bureaucracy to give you what you want than to continue fighting your precision.
  • Step 4: The Escalation Trigger. Identify the "Guardian" of the rules (legal department, ombudsman, regulator). Prepare the documentation to be "Audit-Ready."

3. The Definition of Done

The procedure is complete when the "Administrative Violence" has been neutralized—either through a favorable resolution, a strategic withdrawal by the system, or a successful escalation that enforces the rules.
