1. Situation Detection
Apply this playbook when you detect "Engineered Uncertainty," "Rage-Baiting," or a persistent feeling of cognitive depletion caused by digital or social input.
2. The Procedure
- Step 1: Input Audit. Identify the "Channels of Harm" (social media feeds, specific news sites, toxic group chats) that are stealing your bandwidth without providing reciprocal value.
- Step 2: The Firewall. Unsubscribe, block, and silence. Treat your attention as your most valuable financial asset. Do not spend it on those who profit from your rage.
- Step 3: Intentional Intake. Replace passive consumption with active research. Only consume information that serves your current strategic goals or provides genuine joy.
- Step 4: The "Deep Work" Sanctuary. Create physical and temporal spaces where zero incoming information is allowed, enabling your "System Admin" (meditation/reflection) to run without interruption.
3. The Definition of Done
The diet is successful when your "Neuro-Safety" (A1) is restored, characterized by lower anxiety, higher focus, and a feeling of being the primary agent of your own thoughts.
